I had a weird dream last night... or a lucid dream. Or even sleep paralysis. One night I was dozing off to sleep and felt myself going into a sleep state where I was awake and aware. I was on my stomach and facing towards the wall. Once I was in that state I saw eyes come out of nowhere, on my wall, they watched me until I fought my body to wake up.
After waking up I turned over to my back. Once again I fell into that sleep state and saw many things. There was this brown and white "monster" that kinda watched me sleep but seeing that didn't last long as I fought my body to wake up... everytime I did wake up I fell back into that sleep state so moving around felt helpless.
I always like to lucid dream but never like sleep paralysis.

you can lucid dream?? Thats cooll. How did you manage to learn that?
Lucid dreaming is having this state of mind where you tell yourself your going to dream tonight.
This uses a lot of mental imagery amd awareness. Whenever I want to lucid dream I made my body tired but still have an active mind.
