Promo Circle updates

Here on out the new Promo Circle stuff will appear in each zine.  The final updates to the 1st and 2nd entrance off the homepage are up - rockfest.org/0.html and rockfest.org/0.php they will act as current promotions until Issue 86 of the Zine comes out this month which will have, as each zine that follows, a promo page for each hour of the day, so 24 new promos.  Soon as I finish up some recordings to place on the homepage the entrance sequence will change.
