I hate these scalpers✌😭

Anyone know where I can buy Pokemon cards at an actually affordable price?

Because all the Pokemon packs, etbs, tins, everything is sold out everywhere. There is this one place in my town that does sell packs but they're like 10 dollars a pack...

I really want to find team rocket cards or the new perfect order set.

But if y'all could let me know where I could buy packs anywhere that would help.
