april 18.

my friend and i met on the mountain. it was around midnight. lowkey getting up there was spooky asf but my heart is pure so no creatures of mountail lions got to me.

the crescent moon was so thin, barely a sliver of light, and to the left of it was the brightest most yellow star i have ever seen. that yellow star turned out to be the planet Venus. love, beauty, peace. so cool.

you could see the ghostly outline of the whole moon which i just now learned is sometimes called "earthshine" or "the old moon in the new moon's arms." i dont know which i like more. 

i dont know how coming to talk about the night sky has become such a habit lol i hope you dont find me too redundant. 

april 20.

im addicted to watching people bike across europe. now all i want is to drop everything and cycle a long distance through cities and country-sides. i want to cycle from here to san francisco or santa cruz (santa cruz is closer and has better beaches.) once i get there i will surf. in my imagination i'd take the train back home and mail you a postcard with an image of the golden gate bridge. 

does this count as e-mail?

there's an almost perfect bike path across korea connecting seoul and busan. i want to do that as well. id stop in small hostels along the way, eat tteokbokki, and not worry about eating too much.

bro. i need a job so bad. that's what im doing today once the sun comes up. im marching into every bakery and cafe. im pitching myself and lying on my resume. 

then i'll come home and clean up, rebuild my life because its monday and thats what mondays are for. 

seriously, soon i think i'll start starving out of necessity instead of just for fun. very soon.

i have a concert to go to in may. preforming is Dead Clam and Ponchiko. tbh i dont know them well, my sister just texted me saying i am busy that day and that i am going. it'll be fun. she also told me im going camping? ive never been camping before, i'll let you know if i climb a tree, swim in a lake, or roast marshmallows. or something idk. 

its Taurus season! and my birthday is soon. May is the best month, let her treat us well.

i'll come again xx
