Use volume and/or volume powder to make the hair a bit thicker, only use a tiny bit on the part where you wanna tease, then use a comb with those little black frizzy things (or use a teasing comb if you have one, basically the same thing — do NOT use those fine bristled combs or otherwise your hair will just be tangled) then tease your hair little by little, and then lift the part of the hair you teased (will be easir) and add a bit powder there (optional) then add a bit more on the parts you teased: it depends how well structured you want your hair to be. I personally dont use hairspray, but theyre a good add on in a specific amount, but theyre make my hair looks greasy as fuck
