hair dye reccs/advice pls

As seen from my pfp, I have like red chunky highlights. I did it completely at home with the loreal hilight stuff and it works well; I still use it for my roots. But I'm sooooo sick of the fading. I've been using the xmondo semi-permanent color but it doesn't last as long as I'd like. I've been avoiding straight bleach because of the damage anddd it's daunting.

I've heard a looot about splat, and very mixed opinions. Some say its bad because it's too permanent, and other people love it because it's so permanent. So, thoughts?

If not splat, whats another vibrant dye that'll keep the lengths of my hair bright?

Also I have a recent obsession with like red calico hair.. if you have this or something similar lmk how it is.
