Basically Napo is similar to SpaceHey and people started moving over because of the awful moderation system on here. Most people on Napo use both SpaceHey and Napo so that's why you often see people talking about it.
(If you didn't know know, the reason why SpaceHey is invite only now is because they couldn't deal with the gore spammers, but they also regularly allow pedophiles and other paraphiles to promote their mental disorders.)
