Seether is an amazing band that stays insanely consistent throughout their entire discography even today, from their days as Saron Gas with their debut Fragile, before they were renamed to Seether and remade some of the songs for their debut Disclaimer up until the newest EP extension to their newest album The Surface Seems so Far they continue to be consistent rarely changing their raw post grunge sound which I absolutely adore.

There is no denying that their debut Disclaimer is an absolute masterpiece of post grunge, from the first second of the album you're hit with a crushing riff of Gasoline and then sent straight into another angry banger 69 Tea (very underrated imo) and right after you are hit with the mellow and emotional Fine Again. The whole album is an experience that gets better with each listen and Disclaimer II expands upon it adding 7 new songs along with a re-recording of Broken as a duet with Amy Lee which as an emotional masterpiece.

All of the songs on this album are top tier, the new additions with Disclaimer 2 such as Cigarettes and Love her are an amazing listen, although it definitely took a few listens for me to get fully hooked on this album and I re-listen to it quite often in its entirety. This is the album that made me fall in love with Seether, I strongly urge anyone who loves post grunge to check this album out.
