The boss ch-1 is a chorus pedal made by boss, it has four knobs each of which help getting the wanted sound. It was released in 1989 and before 2001 they were made analog like many boss pedal up until that point. (NOTE: if a ch-1 has a blue or a pink label it means it's analog) The boss ch-1's sound is not really similar to any other boss chorus but it was apparently a derivative of the boss ce-2 and ce-3 and it features blend/mix control and a tone control. I think it's a pedal that once you look at it's past brothers and sisters you can see how far we have come into getting a pedal into a tiny little compartment
Ludwig phase II, made by the same Ludwig company who makes mostly drum related equipment made this pedal in the 70s. It's a huge pedal in comparison to what first might come to mind when you think of a effects pedal. It was marketed as a "synthesizer" even though it just fuzzes the audio signal. It was made in limited quantities and there's not a lot of info on it and I don't think ludwig has acknowledged it's existence since it's first and last distribution.
- Ibanez WH10
The ibanez WH10 (particularly the v1) was originally a cheaply made wah pedal from Ibanez during the 80s and it was part of the "power" series. This is currently my favorite pedal that I own with its blueish- green logo and soft grey chassis. The original one is highly coveted mostly because a lot of artists like John Frusciante have used it or still do. There have been 3 different releases of the pedal (Technically 4) with the v1 v.15 v2 and v3. The v2 looks basically identical to the v1 and the only way to really tell them apart aside from looking inside is that the v1's triangle patterns arent smooth like on the v2 and v3. The v1.5 looks very magical with its black chassis and purple logo (reminds me of black sabbath xd) But I still prefer the v1. Ibanez also made a "twin peaks" wah pedal which so far from what I have seen sounds really interesting but I havent yet seen it being sold anywhere here to try out:P
