This article is a much better interpretation of the Struthiosaurus paper.I didn't know what the frequency meant, but luckily this blog explains the issue much better.
Basically, it can hear frequencies similar to that of a bird.
I knew it! The ankylosaur being "deaf" thing was misinterpreted
