(UPDATE: solved!) tomodachi life mods not working

okay so i've been playing tomodachi life on citra for a while and decided to install some mods over time. the two i put in worked last time but the newest two just don't work? i unzipped them and put them in the mods directory but nothing happened when i opened the game. can anyone help me on this? the mods i have are the gay mod, bunny suit reskin, 50's japanese room reskin, and jkz shores (the latter two not working)

update 5/12: my friend was able to get a .cia for tomodachi life with the gay mod and enterprise and it worked!!! yippee!!!
