Some of my takes abt religion

Okay so recently i have turned more towards Christianity, and i am really proud of myself. I've been struggling with lots of addictions and i decided to turn more to God rather than doing those stuff i was addicted to (i won't say what, i am still ashamed of those stuff i did. 

So yeah, i decided to bring out some of my takes and opinions as an Orthodox Christian, and please:

1) Do not read this if you are not comfortable (i don't care what is tge reason, it's yours and i respect that)

2) Do not lecture me 'oh this is wrong' or 'oh you are forcing this or that' just don't read this at all if you have that kind of mindset 

3) Those are purely my opinions and you should not harass me for any reason, especially if the reason is my opinion

Okay, so let's beginnnnn......

1. Take - Forcing religion is wrong

You believe in something purely because it meets your beliefs or your ways of thinking. Sharing the gospel is okay as long as you are not harassing people you are sharing it to and as long as you are not making them uncomfortable. Like seriously, you don't have to make people belive in what YOU think it's right. It's doesn't matter if the religion or opinion is right in yymind, other person might have a reason, or don't (and that's okay) to not share religion or opinion as same as yours. 

2. Take - Love is not a sin

You know what i am talking about.

I don't think being attracted to same gender is a sin. And i don't think i need to explain myself on this one. And i don't think homophobia is rational way of thinking. Like what did a cute gay couple did to you to make you feel uncomfortable, disgusted or unsafe? Please grow the fuck up. Let people be who they are and love who they want to. 

3. Take - Feminism is not against Christianity (skip this if ur not Christian that gets uncomfortable at the mentions of it and stuff)

Most of the women in the Bible are shown as sign of purity, courage and loyalty (except Eve, but her sin is not bigger than Adam's in my opinion.)

And after all, God created Eve because HE needed HER. So wouldn't that mean that a women deserves same equality just as men? Just think about it. Why would a fact that i have a vagina make me less of the human than male population? Can someone make that to make sense. I don't think so.

4. Take - Abortion is not murder 

We were told by religious people that it's a sin to abort a fetus, claiming that it's alive. Even some debators compared it to Holocaust, which is extremely disrespectful to the victims and the claim itself is absurd. 

In fact, if i am not wrong ( maybe i am) A life begins when a creature gets the first breath. Us, humans though don't breathe while being in placenta. In fact, we get our needed nutritions by our mother's placenta. The only way i would consider a fetus alive is ehen it comes out of the mother's body and tajes it's first breath.

So no, i don't think abortion is a murder.
