please bro I need a burner phone

my dad gave my phone back to me but with parental controls, and I can't even download instagram or tiktok. I tried logging into instagram but it's not working since the damn instagram servers keep crashing out fuuuccckk this... I just wanna post art vids but my dad can literally monitor my yt which is the current social media I have rn. also they did find my burner phone I was using a month back cause my little sibling told on me... that fuckass rat. my mom is already blaming me cause I keep using my damn phone bro I need a burner phone but I can't find one anywhere around the house someone please shoot me I'm so done
