anti tccers think that the community is all dangerous and violent and that we simp over shooters or some shit but dude NO? sure there's a few weirdos who do that but the majority of TCC actually hates those types of people and ridicules them.
most people are just fascinated by the psychology and events, and like to share/do research on perpetrators with others in the community. for example,
the shooters of columbine high school, eric and dylan, both had journals where they wrote their thoughts. these journals are in fact extremely interesting to read if you're a fan of psychology, or just curious about why they turned out that way.
but back to my point about the community being viewed as violent / dangerous now
literally everyone is against violence and has sympathy for the victims. there's an odd few edgelords who think they're tough when they say they're for violence but cmon bro. as much as we like learning about perps we still hate the fact that people are dying every few weeks because of these shooters. trust me when i say this, WE DONT CONDONE VIOLENCE AT ALL.
i would also like to mention this- a lot of ppl within the community say that they find comfort in the tcc. this is often misinterpreted, so I'll just explain why members might say this. a whole lot of us do struggle with mental health or being bullied, so finding out that a lot of others in this community also go through this actually makes ppl feel like they finally found a place to fit in. im bad with words if that's badly explained sorry lmao

Actually i think a LOT of people in tcc ARE weirdos and I genuinely dont know one tcc person thats not saying something weird in a way and I also haven't seen anyone in tcc hating on the weird ones. you have one part of tcc thats absolutely freaks and other that are just larps and say "im tcc" and dont know the main shit. And people i met that are normally interested in tcc cases told me they dont wanna become a part of the actual community exactly because of this. I think tcc is mainly flooded with people too young to actually understand whats going on and joining such a community should be for people 17 or older because tcc is definitely not for the weak or younger ones that just wanna be edgy
