Therian hate

Heyy, this is my first blog amd I dont really know how they work, but I feel the urge to talk about therian hate or hate in general. 

First, I'd like to clarify that therians do NOT think that they are animals. They are completely aware of their identity. But even if they would identify as animals, you still would have NO rights or reason to make fun of them. Therians feel a deep connection with a specific animal, and they identify as a non human animal in a NON physical level. Some believe they were animals in their past lives and some see animalish behaviors on themselves. There is no incorrect way of being a therian and everyone may have different experiences.

Today the science teacher asked us about or future, if we knew what we wanted to be. A classmate raised his hand and said: I want to be a therian. Everyone started laughing. He was obviously not serious, he just wanted attention. He did not say anything as wild as usually, but the fact that people cant maintain a normal conversation without bringing therians up triggers me. 

The worst part its that not only the kids have gone crazy, but the adults too. I know that teenagers are cruel and heartless and that they will mock anyone who gets in their way, but I expected grown people to be more educated and have at least some empathy. But at this point, they are worse than the teens. I keep seeing posts of parents of young children saying that if their kid turns out to be a therian, they would throw them out of the window. And personally, I wish someone would call the Child Protecting Services. You might think that Im overreacting, but just because hate is normalized, it doesnt mean its right. 

Just because someone is weird, and weirder than usual, you have NO right to treat them differently. They are humans with feelings too, just like you, me or anyone else.
