When does Shock Value go to far in Alt Music?

I know it sounds stupid to wonder the limits of it and seems like just censorship but i'm not trying to. I'm just questioning what makes one example hated and one loved.

I personally reject all kinds of censorship no matter how horrid and disgusting it is but i have questioned this often. Especially when people would defend one but not the other for being
Shock value.

I'll give an Example with three genres:
(Btw i'm not saying to "cancel" any of the genres i mention. I personally love and listen to all of em.)

Brutal/Slam Death Metal, Incelcore, And one band

Brutal Death/Slam Death:

Slam Metal and Brutal Death Metal (most of the time) is rarely if not ever taken seriously even if bands are trying to. Most albums would have detailed gore on it's cover art and most lyrics are pretty tasteless shock horror.

Obviously the mainstream would respond in disgust. But the thing is most Counter Culture communities love this genres Shock Value for it's rejection of Censorship. Which i fully agree on. But my next example is where it gets confusing to me.

Incelcore:

Artist like School Shooter (Aka Negative Xp), Hard Christ, and Popkill are imfamous for their music. Most of their songs depicting views that align with a guy you'd see on "r/niceguys" basically just "I'm not the reason i can't get laid, the problem is women and their impossible standards" or "I fucking hate communist because the nazi on 4chan told me to" or just an in general loser lifestyle of freeloading off your parents at 30 to pay for another marvel figure

(I'm not saying this to defend people that think this way btw, if i met a guy like this irl i'd beat the crap out of them)

Thing is it was constantly implied to mainly be shock value. and from what i've heard when i had a short Incelcore phase most of the songs were just about the 3rd topic i mentioned, it rarely goes into any far right beliefs or sexist statements.

Although there are 100% exceptions to this like Edgemaster42 or Gjarallarhornet and Shooter's song "Running over Protesters with my car"

But in general most Incelcore artists aren't that disturbing let alone hateful. But I could 100% understand it not being someones thing and i can 100% COULD understand why people would be so against it for the political and moral values in some songs that are well known in this genre.

I could if AxCx didn't exist.

AxCx:

AxCx aka Anal Cunt is by far the most hated but also a very popular and at times even praised band in Grindcore that is KNOWN for their offensive shock value (I mean their name is fucking Anal Cunt)

I'm not saying "this one's worse so the other doesn't deserve criticism" i'm saying "why react bad to one and not the other?" 
I would love to hear someone's opinion on this so i could get another side to this question.
