More family rant cuz i dont have a therapist or friends or a support system or safe person , only my cats, to whom i am allergic to

TW- abusive parents

My mom was talking about consent and not taking pic of people without it

Which is hypocritical because her husband took non consentual photos of many girls aka underage kids (they seemed my age) and women

And when i called her out 

She literally flipped, 

Her face went blank from a goofy smile,

complete silence 

She said 

“ugh dont start it now”

 By it she meant “dont start talking about the evil things he does , im ok with them , im used to it, you should get used to this abuse too if u wanna live under this roof”

Dont argue

dont start a fight 

Cuz she the scared of any conflict with her husband

Than i ironically said something about human right  

Like “human rights dont matter , if it doesnt concern u, but oh our human rights dont exist cuz u enable him”

HE IS A CRIMINAL

And than she dismissed me coldly and immediately slept like nothing  happened 

And told me to go to bed 

And today she said he is not that bad when i constructively criticized him in the slightest

She lives in delusion and makes her kids undergo the abuse 

She lies to herself and gaslights herself and me

She has accepted that criminal they way he is , she doest try to change him or does she leave him .

And she does not budge , she is so firm with her believe 

She says she has to live with that criminal for the rest of the life so she puts an blind eye to every single evil thing that  man does

She wil stay with him forever

And she never says a single thing that opposes him in the slightest

She protects him

Not me , her child

To keep the peace in the “house”

Shes an enabler 

I agree she is a victim of his abuse and needs therapy but so am i because of her

And she will never put an end to it even tho she has all means to do so

Now shes asleep like a pig

I dont get it how to people like that sleep blissfully and i am the one that gets nightmares

Such an apathetic women
