is this harassment?

This guy (ill call him berry) used to know me back in MIDDLE SCHOOL we are both seniors now. We prob havent had a full convo since like 9th grade and even then it was just casual band talk. This year we have ONE class together. I recently got out of a relationship and almost instantly berry is viewing my profile. He starts reposting stuff directly abt me. I try to brush it off as coincidence but its obvious. he ask me for my number later for class related stuff and uhh.. well this is how that goes
