Technology and social media

I again deactivated all my social media accounts, except two texting apps. My plan is to completely delete every trace of my digital presence forever, and I understand that that's not entirely possible, especially during these wild times, but I'm trying. Just the other day I found out that my password is used on about 50 websites , and as far as I know, I have now deleted my accounts on pretty much all of them. I also deleted all my piled up spam emails on my main and school google account. I completely stopped using AI bots a few months ago. I honestly believe that technology killed life in people. But in the end, it's the little steps you take as an individual, for a revolution to happen.
