Please don't add me just to promote your music/art/whatever either

Personally, I encourage you to go be creative and make music or art or writing or whatever interests you. I wish I had a creative side to my personality.  But if you are on here adding friends just to promote yourself please don't add me.  That behavior is basically spam.  By all means, feel free to have a band or art collective or anything like that.  But don't add me just for visibility.  I don't want to deal with all the extra posts when I could be keeping up with actual Spacehey friends.  Against my better judgment I had accepted a couple of friend requests from musicians on here but it is annoying and I have unfriended them.  Please find some other way to market yourself.  No offense to you or your music - I just don't want the extra bulletins and blog posts to comb through.  Thank you.
