we all suffer in our heads more than we do reality, some philosopher probably said. endless hypotheticals and what-ifs fill our heads whilst real conversations and situations go on in the real world. most of our worry stems from situations that haven't even happened yet, false predictions and expecting the worse. you end up spending days worrying endlessly, but when it comes to it you'll have to ask "man, what was i even worried about?" or you don't. i talk big about how people suffer more from their own imagination rather than reality, but i'm a hypocrite.

very true. one of the keys to a happy life is to stop endless worrying because life is too short to spend your lifespan living in your head experiencing nightmaric fantasies. and you also can't control any outcome so just go with the floooow (positibely)
I MEAN positively, hehe positibely :)
