recent view on life and the intangible

i used to resent the idea of a god, and even though i still remain without religion, the idea of such a being feels interesting. ive been so stuck on the idea that a ‘god’—or whatever fits the description—has to be benevolent and whatnot, but our idea of benevolence is only our own.

i also like to think, the less intelligent a being is, the less capable of evil (by our definition) it is. there is no evil in letting the universe change as it does, but, a god changing its world as it goes wont be tangible unless they wish to make it so. our hardships are only a speck in spacetime. i can only imagine how many civilizations might be out in the universe, and its a fun thought.
