My phone is a communication device.

I have made some changes to how I approach using my smartphone over the past few weeks.

The most major of which is removing any and all apps that aren’t mainly for communication 

Social Media? Gone.

Short-form content apps? Gone.

YouTube is the only app non communication app I still have installed, and even then I have a modded version of the app where I removed YT shorts and the home page

So chat apps, SMS, phone calls, discord, email, among some needed things like ONE food delivery app (even then I feel iffy about it because while it is technically communication it feels very doomscroll-able) and 2fa codes (because security is very important!

I do plan on making a tech fanny pack which includes a handheld gaming console, a point and shoot camera, a notepad and an MP3 player, but due to affordability issues I’ll try to save up for that
