I Love the Muppets!!

There are so many people out there who have said this over and over, but I truly mean this to my core. Like the Muppets have such a special place in my heart and soul, I grew up watching the movies and shows like Sesame Street and all the Elmo movies. I think it's just a mix of everything with them why they're so warm and hold such a big place in my heart. 

They have always felt more human than any other characters I saw, in every one of their movies, even when they were being snarky and cracking jokes about each other, there was love there. There was family and familiarity, even when the story wasn't about them, they made it work. My favorite Muppets movies I think are the ones more out there, Muppets Treasure Island, Muppets from Space, and of course the original movie. I grew up with a lot of older movies and shows where they didn't have the budget yet for hand drawn animation, so I saw a lot of clay-mation and puppetry and I think it has so much of it's charm because of it, because you know they're going through these amazing and wild adventures and you know there are people behind it that put so much love and hard work into it. 

Even the movies that a lot of people don't like because they are more modern and don't have the exact same feel of who the Muppets used to be, you can feel the time and effort and love put into them. I love the Muppets more than anything and I will always be grateful towards Jim Henson for sharing them with the world, I hope he knew how beloved his creations are, his imagination and artistry.
