First you need to use a site to host the image so you have a link (I mostly use Pinterest tbh), then you just need the code.
If you're just wanting to paste the code as it is, use the image html in this guide. It also has a bunch of other very useful stuff for beginners.
If you want to resize the image (because often they're HUGE) you can use this code instead. Make sure you keep the ratio the same when you resize ^^

you need to creat an url for your image so use like catbox.moe
and then you use the link to do you code/ use the insert img thingy
