I can't focus

I can't be the only one who literally cannot focus on their schoolwork unless held at gunpoint by the teacher themself. I'm literally sitting in class and hearing everyone actively getting their work done and I'm just sitting their either procrastinating or daydreaming and I literally cannot help it. It's gotten worse lately as I don't even open my assignments at all. This whole AI work craze is NOT helping either with my executive function. I HATE written assignments despite being a writer with 2 published books and yet I can't seem to get them done when they are assigned on paper. I feel like I'm losing my touch and I'm falling behind. I lowk might be undiagnosed and I refuse to take those shitty online tests because we all know they fucking suck so like help a person out 😭
