help I fucked my profile up

ok so as of right now the part of my profile with all the blinkies and stamps and stuff looks kinda like shit HOWEVER it didn't used to look like that, believe it or not I actually had it ORGANIZED????? before but then I decided I wanted more stuff on there as one does but I put them in the wrong spots and I'm sort of cleaning that part up again but I was wondering if there's a better way to do that somehow since my current methods are a little bit impractical... but I'm guessing there is none since I don't really see that being a thing, I'm also wondering how exactly I make those weird big blinkies & stamps to be normal sized, I just added them in and now they're all like double the size of the rest of them and I don't really know how to fix that, also if anyone has ideas on how to make my profile look cooler give me ideas PLEASE and thank you ok bye!
