yapping abt my country's laws

𓂃 ࣪˖ ִֶ♱ ྀིྀ sooo here in Brazil there's this law about child's protection in internet...it's important n stuff ok i got it but it reaally wasnt well applied. First, one of the things the law says is that plataforms needs to add real age verification methods...but its not specific. So, if some random billionare company wants to ask for your face, full name, documents, or even cradit card...it can. And if u dont give those infomations to them? u simply won't use their services...but that is hard to create and maintais, besides EVERY platafrom needs to have a representant in Brazil, forbidde publicity for minors, companies are responsablie of anything that happens related to them n needs to refroce user's privacy...it sounds goood, right? but in pratice some plataforms just won't work here because the company won't want to provide everthing the law asks for...so some games n website n apps are just not avaliable for most people unless u use some kind of vpn, and some age verification systems r pretty easy to bypass...even plataforms that need parental control r too, sometimes u can just put on another account saying it's ur dad or something but it's just yourself lol...it can be good to protect kids from seeing things they should not and danger but it's hard to trust the goverment...i mean age consent here is around 13/14 years old..u can have sex at 13 but can't play valorant until u r 18? that's just so disappoint bruh
