A walk in the woods (also a photo blog)

I recently got the motivation to go out for a walk around my local park and small forest.

It had been awhile, I don't get out by myself often, I'm usually with some friends or with my family, but spring break just started for me and I wanted to feel all the beautiful things that this season has to offer for once.

So, instead of staying home all day with nothing to do I decided to be unproductive in a good way and actually get out, just for the fun of it.

I enjoied dressing up pretty just for me, putting my mp3 player, art supplies and a book in my bag, alongside a waterbottle and some napkins (you kow, for allergies); I got my keys, shut the door, and stepped outside. 

Exiting the house with no real plan and feeling the warm sunlight on my skin had me remember why I love spring and summer so much, knowing I didn't need to be worried about anything but enjoying myself.

Anyways, here are some little pictures I took on my stroll. They aren't anything special, didn't want to take my camera with me, just some photos taken on an iPhone 11:

It was so beautiful seeing that all the trees had blossomed into pink flowers
