An author in the making

Ever since I was little I have always loved to read, I was involve with graphic novels and (tried) to read the magic tree house books in 1st grade because there was just one kid who always inspired me to read more because he was able to read on a 5th grade level. 

I remember making up stories and being able to create and draw them out and show them like I just won the Nobel prize, and im proud of little me for finding something she likes. Reading dork diaries, maximum ride manga (I shouldn't have been reading that in elementary school but my grandma gave it to me as a gift), diary of a wimpy kid, Inuyasha, and other books like that just made my love for books grow stronger. 

In 5th grade I started my own book, something along the lines of aliens and whatnot. I worked on that book and tweaked it up until 8th grade. and I wrote more stories. I don't have that email anymore so I can never really read the "masterpiece" I made. what I do remember though that it was actually better than what young people would make IMO. it had a TON of heavy things in it such as concentration camps and GRAPE. why was I writing about that? no idea but if I had to read it all over again I would definitely take that out of the final draft. 

sometimes I want to be a Author, and publish short stories and what not. I still have a ton of short stories. maybe ill post one on here, but atlas im better off being a paediatric nurse or working with animals in the long run.
