I'm feeling a little discouraged, low energy, and blue. I know it will pass, so I'm gonna go easy on myself in the meantime.
I wrote down a list of things I would like to get done. I have no pressure on getting through the list, but it would be nice to cross some things off. I think it will help me stay focused and not spiral out in shame and negativity.
How are you feeling right now? How do you deal with your feelings?
