THE PERFECT ENERGY RESTORATION TO START YOUR WEEK (or whatever you want !)

Have you ever felt stressed or irritated and REALLY wanted to clean your energy? Girl, I got you:

What you need:

- A candle of any color (but preferably your favourite) 

- Comfortable clothes (as your pijamas) 

- Silence (you can do it in the night, or put some calm music) 

- OPTIONAL: Tea or water (stay hydratated !) 

How to do it?:

1. Put on your pijamas or the clothes you chose.

2. Light the candle (be careful!).

3. Sit near the candle and close your eyes: take deep breaths and visualize how everytime you exhale, the flame absorbs all the bad energy (fire is our beloved friend for getting rid of negative vibes).

4. Once you have done this, visualize now how everytime you inhale, positive energy fills your lungs and you feel better.

5. Finally, open your eyes, smile and say thank you to the flame before gently blowing it or extinguishing it with your fingers (careful!).

6. Now you are ready to sleep, drink tea, or just keep going with your day !!

SPRING NAILS: STYLE AND FLOWERS

I just know that you love spring (well, maybe not if you're allergic), and trust me that your nails are going to do it too if you stylize them in these ways ! (all of this said by VOGUE :3):

1. Care: First things first, the base. A clean adn healthy nail is better than ANY design. If you tend to bite them, i suggest you a specific polish to don't do it. Spring is more likely for short nails, but this is not a literal manual "do it like this or is not right", absolutely no !! Short, medium, large nails are pretty at the same level.

2. Color: Spring = romantic; light pink, nude, milky... But this year brown, burgundy or even blue is going to be present !

3. Details: Jelly finishes, glass effects, metalic tones... combined with little flowers (spring 100%) or a traditionl french manicure with polka dots, a classic !! (and one of my favourites).

Remind that whatever style is going to suit you, perfectly !!
