Drawing w/vision problems

I like drawing, not love because it's a pain to do but it's the only thing I'm really good at and I don't know what else to do when I'm bored.

I draw very often if not daily, I started off traditionally as most do before I switched to digital art, aside from this I've also made a couple shitty sculptures and pretty decent paintings(tell me if you wanna see the paintings).

I'm quite proud of my art and I can't see myself doing anything but that as a hobby asides from reading too, I can't do a lot because I have various health problems, mental and physical.

Then the upsetting thing is that my eyesight is getting fucked off, I already have prescription glasses I've been using for a few years. I can't see anything clearly if it's a few feet away from me without them.

"Oh but your phone/sketchbook is right at your face, can't you see that?" Well this is the worst part, my glasses get foggy and stained often. I clean them but they always seem not to be clean enough for me to draw, it blurs my vision even more than when I have my glasses off and it also dims the colors drasticlaly.

So in order to draw I have to keep my glasses on when making lineart, then I gotta take them off to see if the image looks right, AND THEN I gotta also take them off when I need to do the coloring.

Also I have slight colorblindness idk what kind but apparently I can't differentiate some colors, I think it's more like the contrast and values of the colors if that makes sense though. But yeah it sucks ass.

I'm surprised I even manage to still draw with all this, but if actually somewhat blind people can do art I guess it just proves I can too and I shouldn't be a wuss about it.

Okay thags it ty I just like writing stuff
