finding new music/artists

Okay so i know a lot of people have this issue, but like whenever i find a new song i like i milk the HELL out of it until i physically can't listen to it, then i cannot find new music for the life of me so im stuck on an endless loop of music i hate :') 

sooooo i thought i'd share some fairly common but sorta unknown ways i find new music online becuz im a total music junkie anddd i survive off these sites :3

obviously i do not have any part in creating or advertising these sites professionally, so all credits go to the rightful creators. 

1. Gnoosic - Put in 3 bands or artists you like and it will recommend you similar music. It gives you three options, "i like it," "i don't like it," and "i don't know." the site uses these three options to tune the music to your taste and has helped me find a lot of new music and artists that i ended up really enjoying. 

2. Pinterest - kind of obvious lol but js search up "music recommendations" or "music icebergs" and find one that matches the genre you prefer, it usually comes in clutch and its pretty cool when you find the gems hidden in there. 

3. Music-map - Made by the same people who created gnoosic, basically similar premise but you put in an artist you like and then it gives you a "map" of artists as well as a little bit of text on the side explaining how the closer 2 artists are the more likely the person will like both artists. You can also click the artists to create more maps.

these are all of the ones that i use currently but they work fine, if you have any more recs please let me know, i am always trying to find new ways to find music :3 

As far as i am aware of none of these sites use AI, so if you are concerned about that then these will do just fine !
