Jelly layout!

Eek! Okay, so with a bit of determination, a lot of resources across this site + our goat W3 CSS tutorials (shoutout to the local HTML group for aiding in understanding the quirks of this platform) and some inspiration from the "Cinnamoroll lay" layout by Marl - a new layout has dropped!! It's not final yet, at all, and it needs a lot more love to be all done, but we're already pretty happy with how it's turning out! It's so cute and nice <3
