First official art of my God oc :DD (minimal facial scar warnings)

I might write out a full story about this guy and everything about his world, but he's a god! If he ever were to go down to earth, he blinds people(not actually), but he's just very bright and glowing so it may hurt to look at him(almost as bad like the sun)

And so anyone who looks away from him who is 15 and up will executed by him, basically.(Blinking is allowed!) Anyone 15 and up should understand the rules by that age!

This second photo is how he looks in his "human form": 

(he has his human form in case he wants to spy up closer on the world he controls, he never uses that form, though)

Fun fact: The human drawing of him is actually just an inverted version of his god form! The signs of him being a god is the thing floating around his head and the specific scar over his eye. 

The thing floating around him in his god form is also very bright & glowing, and he can use it as a torture device, or just as a rope or anything like that,,, Idfk.

When he's in human form he will most likely hide it, but if he doesn't, instead of it glowing it's really just darkness. Same use as when he's a god.
