The deer in my front yard

My neighbor feeds the deer in our neighborhood, and when they eat all the corn they hang out in my front yard. My mom always leaves out water for them. My front yard has a huge canopy of trees that create a perfect shade oasis. Every year, the deer decide to raise their babies in my neighbor’s yard, and since they have a chain-link fence we get to watch the fawn grow up. There’s this one little buck in particular we’ve grown very attached to, we call him Brother Boy. We were there the day he was born. He’s about three years old now, and his horns are always lopsided. Last year a fawn was born with an odd nose. I was afraid the structural difference of the nose would be fatal, but the little fawn is still going strong. I decided to name them Rudolph and lately I’ve been noticing little horn knobs on his head. Hunting deer is illegal around where I live so the deer don’t fear humans. I’m glad I moved where I am now. Anyways deer are a lot more goofy up close lol, they act like big skittish dogs.
