Why raindrop whisper is the worst suit. Ever.

Okay. So for anyone who doesn't play love Nikki or isn't familiar with this suit. Raindrop whisper is an Apple Federation suit that released to the global server on October 12th 2025. Ever since I first saw it, I have hated this suit with every fiber of my being. I wake up every day and think "oh my god I really really do not like raindrop whisper." I see this suit in my inventory and think "I wish I didn't own this. I do not like this." Every time I fail to complete an event I always think to myself "Damn. If only I hadn't spent OVER 2000 DIAMONDS ON RAINDROP WHISPER, maybe then I'd have the funds to finish this suit."

In this post today, I will detail all the reasons why I HATE raindrop whisper and why I think my life would have been better if it did not exist.

Now, you might be asking. "Wait. You mentioned owning this suit in that begining crash out. If you hate it why did you spend so much money on it." Great question! I can explain. Last year from July to October, the 3rd season of Light Chase was occuring. Light Chase is a unique style of event that runs for multiple months, where over the course of the event you complete a variety of different quests in order to finish a luxury treasure suit. Luxury treasure suits are very very cool and very very pretty. The one that was up for grabs during Light Chase season 3 was Oath of Ice & Sword. I. Freaking. Love. Oath of Ice & Sword. I spent months finishing all these quests and grinding to try and finish her. During the Light Chase run, multiple minor events also ran. Sometimes, completing these minor events were requirements for Light Chase quests, so you HAD to spend on them if you wanted to finish Oath of Ice & Sword. It was October. The home stretch. I had spent MONTHS working to get this suit. Then Raindrop whisper comes out, and I HATE it. But to my absolute TERROR, Raindrop Whisper was one of the 3 side event suits REQUIRED in order to finish that Light Chase season. So unless I wanted to waste 3+ months of grinding and not complete Oath of Ice & Sword, I HAD to spend on Raindrop Whisper. I HAD NO CHOICE. I WAS FORCED TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED DIAMONDS ON SLOP.

And you might be wondering "Slop? What do you mean slop?" and to that I say, JUST LOOK AT HER BRO.

These colors. Are so so so so so bad. Like bad to the point I'm shocked they thought this was acceptable to release. Theres like 5 different shades of blue throughout this suit and none of them look particularly nice together. The random yellow accents on the headphones and jacket??? Why??? That color appears nowhere else in the design and it's just so ugly. It clashes with everything else TERRIBLY. And why did they pick that shade of purple for her chopped ass bob? Like that desaturated purple does not look good with any of the blue. And her expression. Don't even get me STARTED. What even is that face? What emotion is that? She has such a cute and lively pose and The Face Is Just :l  Like hello? I will admit, I do love her background items I do use them quite frequently, but also they don't look good with her chopped outfit. The background and suit just feel so disconnected. It's like that one quote about film scoring: A good suit can survive terrible background items but good background items can't save a terrible suit.

Also this is much more minor but why is she an Apple Federation suit. That's so crazy to me. Like hello look at her. She should be a ruin suit. I understand that she's more contemporary than futuristic which is why she's in apple.. But like she just feels too futuristic to be in apple. She blurs the lines between the kingdoms but like not in a good way.

Okay anyway that's all. I just really needed to get this out I DO NOT LIKE RAINDROP WHISPER
