Spacehey being invite only, opinons?

Personally I think spacehey should use a account making system like ao3, otherwise the website will just be a graveyard of abandoned accounts- frozen in time. I mean that does sound kinda cool to look back at years later but id prefer spacehey to be active for a long while more. I was only really reminded of the controversy regarding peoples thoughts on it when i went to check popular blogs hoping to see unique codes i could add to my profile lol.
