I’ve wanted to yap about this character for a long while >v<
Star is my sona of sorts and planned to be included in that tadc AU I talk of so much ^^ (it’s still very early in devolopment TvT)
Her mouth is sewn shut, and because of that speaks in ASL and simply writing on a paper. Her neck thingie idk the name of actually gos so high and above her lips to hide this fact of herself. ^^
The story of her mouth getting sewn shut was: every time she would attempt to voice a a thought or speak getting rejected by those around. Eventually causing her to sew her own mouth closed and even now when she speaks through her new means, it’s always not as much as it used to be or about the same thing.
She can also summon clown themed items when she reaches behind her back, and the reaction thingies (!!!, ???, …, etc.) aren’t just for the drawing but happening in universe
This was her first sketch compared to when I digitalized and colored her! :>
I just love to do floating/falling type poses, it’s very fun to me ^v^
I enjoy liminal spaces and for this art I just took a pic from somewhere and drew Star on it ^^
This is a base I used cuz it looked neat to me (forgot who it was made by tho TvT)
Because it’s blurry, the text says:
“Hide my fears behind a smile”
“Nothing’s real anymore, Am I real? Am I-?”
“Keep you distance”
These are lyrics from “In My Head” by Derivakat. ^^
