The policing of other people's identities and self expression is inherently a control tactic though, unless someone is legitimately harming another, which can be separated from things like fiction, a paraphilia, a identity etc. At the end of the day being pro fiction is just simply that - similarly with being in support of people who have divergent attractions or kinks. I was just surprised this website would go out of there way to be so immature about something to do with my identity instead of actually informing me about the situation.

I also realize that you infer I am/have advocated for the harm of anyone else which I absolutely do not. It's really frustrating to these assumptions made without any evidence. I believe it is pretty easy to read about my values as both a CSA survivor, psych major and someone with non typical identities.
I would rather not continue this thread if these comments continue to assume this about me. I was simply looking for answers about my situation.

we don't care. we didn't bring up profic/proship in the first place. not once does your ban reasoning mention profic/proship. the mod who banned you AND myself are both CSA survivors as well. i am a repeat victim of CSEM and molestation. i am ALSO a psych major. this isn't about "purity culture", i'm literally a grown adult who engages in kink culture outside of my volunteer work @ napo. it's about safety. we aren't letting you back on the platform. quit pushing for it.

Did you think we wouldn't know of the activity you have on your Baraag, including the fetishization of sexual intercourse on animals? According to the APA link you yourself posted, you have a paraphillic disorder. You are disordered. I don't need to be the one to tell you that, of course, but your issue is that you stand to be "pro-paraphile" yet, you claim to advocate against harm. It is clear you do not, as you hold these beliefs whilst actively fetishizing creatures that cannot consent.

This is your answer; you are not welcome, and will never be welcome on the website. I can assure you that administration sees to reason with the majority of cases. I've defended plenty of users that I wouldn't personally like. It appalls me I have to say these words to convey the point, but someone with an interest in fucking animals has no place on a platform I have a say about.

I don't ever post anything nsfw, or otherwise under my main art username(s), but I also don't want to have to hide or be censored for my identities and beliefs.
It's always disappointing finding new 'inclusive' spaces that actually end up taking a moral fascist high road because of one reason or another. There are plenty of ways to ensure users aren't abusing TOS or are predatory, while also not punishing people who are not doing anything wrong.

I personally think it's incredibly biased and unfair to label someone as predatory or dangerous because of a belief or opinion they have. People should be judged on actions, not marginalized identities and there is a lot of unfortunate misunderstanding and judgment around these terms.

Would you label my therapists the same? Or the professors who share similar opinions to me? Or other abuse survivors who are simply trying to be themselves and find other people like them?

I understand now that napoleonite seems to be making itself clear with it's opinion against users like me, so thank you for letting me know. But I don't want to be involved in a social environment that is punitive and judgmental in anyway against other queer folk like me.

Also we would recommend maybe adding to the site's TOS about proship/etc folks not being allowed profiles (or specifying what you do and don't allow with said identities and values) because that would help determine prevent situations like this in the future and save confusion and frustration on everyone's sides.
I couldn't find anything about it in TOS, which is what further confused us at the time.

there is no judgement of genuine queer identities on napoleon. there is judgement toward people (like you) who identify as radqueer or rad inclus. that whole thing is frankly stupid and chronically online. in the first place. you can be queer and have a paraphilia/paraphilic disorder, but being a paraphile =/= being queer. i am all for harm reduction and compassion and all that, but come on. thats just common sense

when you literally have "ANTIS DNI" type blinkies and stamps + proship emoji combos on your profile you cant seriously wonder why youd not be welcome on a 13+ site with proper moderation like napoleon. in what way is that appropriate for a website with children on it?

If you'd still like to talk about this topic, then here is my response -

"Genuine queer identities" reads as exclusionary, which I am sure at this point is the intent but I shouldn't have to prove my queerness to anyone. And I don't wish to police other folks identities either. I am also not so sure you totally understand the definition of rad inclus? The definition is - supporting contradictory labels (mspec lesbians), xenogenders, neopronouns, micro labels etc.
My identities and my values are formed from world experiences, media literacy and my desire to try and better the world for everyone, especially through rampant internet hatred, misinfo and doxxing.
While, yes a lot of said terms are born via the internet, It's only within more recent internet culture as well that the idea of "antis" became more prevalent. It was fairly common sense a decade ago online to simply let people exist in whatever "weird" ways they did if there wasn't any genuine harm. Now a days sadly we have people who go out of their way to extricate and permanently harm folks simply because of a misunderstood label or some fictional kink they like. I personally find that mindset to be more 'chronically online' because at the end of the day - no one really cares what flags you wear or what you make, if you aren't actually harming someone irl.
And I would personally argue that it isn't "common sense" to not want to find safety, community and support for your identity. These are things my therapists have repeatedly supported me in. Paraphilias are not inherent disorders, but there are people who fit the criteria for paraphilia disorders. I am often surprised by how little a lot of the internet seems to be aware on these topics once I am not in the company of folks who have similar values to me or people who are involved in psychology and the like. I have had multiple conversations with my therapist and my colleagues over topics like these and I have not often had such intensely negative reactions, unlike strangers online who form whatever opinions they have with little interaction with real people in real life.
I am not sure what being pro fiction has to do with only being 18+ either, besides maybe the assumption that all pro fiction/pro ship people only post and engage with nsfw art or topics. Which, honestly is not even true. I can think of plenty of everyday artist who are pro fiction, they might not blatantly label themselves as such. I never post anything nsfw on my main account(s) and I don't intend to do so, but I am still pro fiction. I use the words and labels I do to signal to others the kinds of social media interactions I want and that certain marginalized folks are safe to interact with me. I don't have much of a DNI at the end of the day but I do find that using the terms I do helps me to more or less curate my experiences and help people understand my values.

i was under the impression that rad inclus also included paraphilic disorders and like, "transage/transrace" and that kind of shit, my bad. so if i understand correctly, thats the difference between radqueer and rad inclus? radqueer = inclusion of paraphilic disorders and mental illness basically lol, and rad inclus = literally just accepting that gender identity/expression and sexuality are deeply personal to each individual?

if thats the case, my opinion on "rad inclus" is that it's a dumb and purely online term because most infighting and discourse literally would not exist without chronically online losers creating 500 new labels for every tiny variation in personal experience with identity, and fighting over who belongs where 🤷‍♀️

as for radqueer, my opinion will not change. you cannot change my mind on the fact that mental illness is not "queer" in the lgbt sense

kink is one thing. kink is inherently tied to sex and sex and queerness are inherently linked as well. i can separate fiction from reality, kink from real sex crimes and harm. i am kink positive. i am all for exploring dark and taboo themes in fiction. i draw the line at the blaringly obvious: keep it to appropriate spaces (in the bedroom, and between like-minded individuals in real life or online groups/clubs meant specifically for that stuff)

paraphilias and kinks/fetishes are not the same thing. like, they definitely are very similar on the surface, but theyre not the same thing. an objectum may or may not have kinks involving inanimate objects. or like someone who enjoys gun or knifeplay isnt necessarily a hoplophile. someone can be cishet and a paraphile, someone can be cishet and kinky. it does not make them queer

a paraphilic disorder is a mental illness. having a mental illness does not make somebody queer. there are mental illnesses where varying expressions of the self are a symptom, like schizo-type disorders, dissociative disorders, and cluster b personality disorders. that doesnt make everyone with one of these disorders inherently lgbt. youre pushing for the lgbt community to accept non-lgbt people purely on the basis that they face social scrutiny too. okay, why not make every non-white person inherently part of the lgbt community? or poor people? or single parents? or drug users/addicts? it makes no sense

we can advocate for compassion and harm reduction without saying "if you like to draw feral dogs fucking youre welcome in MY beautiful queer community 🫶🌈✨️"

we can DEFINITELY do it without saying "if you dont welcome zoophiles as part of the queer community youre basically a fascist"

i mean come on. really. you cant make you and your fellow radqueers look morally surperior by picking buzzwords out of a hat and throwing them at the people who are looking at you funny

as for the pro/antiship and profic debate, i already posted a blog about my take on that, and although i would reword a lot of it now, i still stand by the point i made in that blog: proFIC is fine (though i prefer a less online term. like separating fact from fiction). proSHIP is where i have a problem because it is purely about relationships. i understand that not all proshippers actually ship or promote shipping harmful dynamics, and that it's technically a branch off of the whole profic thing. but it became chronically online the moment people made a label for it and started shouting from the proverbial internet rooftops how, actually, it IS okay to ship a 10 year old with an ageless demon, and here's why!

and that opened the doors for predators to more comfortably infiltrate these spaces. and you think theres an issue with me saying that your proship bullshit isnt welcomed on a site populated by a lot of children

anyways though, i dont necessarily want to keep talking thru comments so you can send me sources/we can keep chatting thru IM if you want to. genuinely like we obviously have opposite stances on this but i do understand your points and am open to learning more regardless of my opinion
