Getting my life together

Idk rlly what blogs are supposed to be like but it doesnt matter ima do it my own way :P


So as the title says in trying to get my life together, I always fall into "depressive" episodes like every month or more often in not quite sure myself. The worst I've ever felt was in september-november 2025. 


I was slowly falling into those episodes again this month and I just realized it, im trying to work on it. I was falling into it due to some issues in my life which everyone has. I was very lonely especially in my class I have literally no friends and some more serious stuff.

Im trying to be more positive, workout, walk outside, surround myself with positive people and find some hobbies outside or my phone.

I will update probably every week on how its going. And I hope whoever is reading this that they're doing good, even if you feel like youre overreacting because other people have it worse. Like no uou dont everyone feels stuff differently dont think about others.
