imo i think censorship like that is a smidge insulting, words exist to convey meaning pedophilia and p3doph1lia have identical meanings, it would be like spelling out a bad word in front of someone because you assume they dont know how to spell so they wouldnt understand it and get offended
that kind of censorship originated from getting around youtube and social media shadowbans, not to be mindful of people who have issues with certain topics, trigger warnings are actually useful for that kinda thing
