Alternatives to Facebook, Twitter etc

I've seen many people complaining about Facebook and Twitter on here.

There are alternatives to Facebook and Twitter. SpaceHey isn't it.

SpaceHey is a good alternative to MySpace.

If you want to experience something similar to the old Facebook, I suggest you check out Diaspora.

These social networks have a similar interface to the old Facebook so you might get used to it.

If you want an alternative to Twitter, there's GNU Social, Mastodon, Misskey and Pleroma.

If you want an alternative to Instagram, there's Pixelfed.

If you want an alternative to YouTube, there's PeerTube, Odysee and Dtube.

If you want an alternative to Reddit, there's Lemmy, Raddle, Win and Tildes.

If you want an alternative to Soundcloud, Spotify and the likes, check out Funkwhale.

If you want an alternative to Discord, there's Matrix.

If you want an alternative to Google+ and Orkut, there's MeWe.

If you miss Geocities and dislike NeoCities, check out Ichi city.

If you want an alternative to Medium, there's Write Freely, Plume and Smol pub.

Many of these social networks can interact with each other. For example, if you're using Mastodon, you can follow someone on Diaspora, Pixelfed etc.

That's something you wouldn't even dream of when using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

There's many more, but this list should satisfy most people's needs.
