Funky Oc Art Piece + 00's outfits

I've  been drawing a lot more as of recently and really getting into doing these 00's style backgrounds. I don't even know what this style is. I just kinda just pick a color pallet then just mess around with shapes, flourishes, patterns and textures until it feels eclectic enough to me.

Also I'm just realizing I could just use my watermark within the work like in the background layered on as a cool overlay pattern therefore people who try to "steal" my art(don't know who would) will have a very hard time trying to get away with it hehe. I pasted my logo 20 times in the background, good luck tryna steal it losers XD

Anyways this piece was supposed to be a cool simple sketch but whatever I fucking fully rendered and shaded it. I like it though. I haven't drawn this particular character is a long time so to see an updated design of him in color is very nice! 

Making me see how much Sveinar(my OC) has changed over the years. 
Yes his name is Sveinar Reinersten, he's Norwegian, a electronic music producer, works as a chef at a seafood restaurant, he loves wearing Diesel, Oakley and Prada, and his fav color is neon yellow!
