So like, I'm a guy, a chubby guy, and I love emo fashion, and I want dress emo as well, but I feel so insecure abt myself:(
Like, all the emo boys I see, they're skinny and they look so cool with those tight shirts and everything, but if I wore those, I feel like I would look ridiculous:(
And yes I know there r emo ppl that are skinny that are suffering and are so bad mentally and I get it and I feel sorry for them and I hope they can recover!
It's just Idk if emo fashion looks good on chubby ppl, at least on me.
Sometimes I wish I was skinny and I'm sorry for the vent it's just I need advices!!!! And Im open for tips and clothes ideas!!!

hey i get why you feel like that :( but emo style really isn’t only for one (->skinny) body type!! it’s just that online you mostly get confronted with this version uk? if you feel more comfortable hiding your body a bit, you can go for oversized band tees, hoodies, layered outfits, or baggier pants who have that "emo asthetic" for example colored striped clothes ^^ i think accessories help a lot too, like chains, belts, rings, arm warmers (stuff like that) and hair plays an important role too for sure. Wear what you want to and where you can feel confident and don't forget styles are way more about expression than fitting into one specific body type <3

ik its not only for that body type!!! its just is the one i see the most and they looked so cool, but i got it!! tysmmm for the advice i'll try!!! really thank you so muchhhh ^^
