I Flew To Florida to Ride My Bicycle

I am on an airplane and will be touching down into Tampa in about 20 minutes. Sensing what I assume to be my pure intentions and chill vibes, the airport man checked my oversized bicycle box for free, saving me $100.

COVID has been devastating or boring for many people, but for me it has been the greatest blessing of my life, providing me with so much opportunity, freedom and options, and the blessings just keep coming. My job has gone remote for the month and so I am free to soak up the sun while doing one of my favorite activities in the world: riding my bike in a crescendo of speed around St. Pete till I’m practically flying; my own music blasting through my oversized headphones.

Community is important and this is a good way to run into everyone I know. I love crazy Florida in the winter. Look for scenes from this trip in the upcoming Art Show Movie.
