Do you ever suddenly feel so lonely, yet feel fear or uncertainty of interaction with others? Craving for closeness, but knowing that no one really can give it to you at the moment. And this weird feeling of not wanting to spend any mind energy on interactions. Maybe it's fear.
Do you ever feel a deep need of wanting to help your friends, yet can't even pick the right words to say? It's like, whenever i actually confront them, when they're in distress, my empathy and thinking just cease? They're telling me of their problems and need me to say anything, but nothing comes to my mind and i feel so horrible. Helpless. What kind of a friend am i, if i cant help my friends in need? Doesn't help to think, that someone else might help them instead, basically putting me below them.
I know it's probably an unhealthy coping mechanism, to want and imagine myself helping others so much. Same with that thought, that — "maybe I'm not their most important friend". I'm still their friend. Just... not as important and close. Not a good thought, probably warped by my mind.
Well, i dont really have anything to conclude this with. I'm just feeling like this right now. And it happened before too, recently. If you're reading this and feel like it too, then know you're not alone, i guess.

I think I'm compensating for my lack of other interactions by wishing to help. Could be it

I think, the important thing i can get from this is, somehow, learning or accepting helplessness. But, i guess, i cant just accept it like that. There has to be more to it. Learning and practicing to be actually helpful (no, maybe not "helpful". Comforting? I dont know) in 1-to-1 talks might be an option. Sigh
