Maybe try journaling? Writing down my thoughts helped me when I wanted to change my bad habit that was just staring at youtube homepage.

you should totally delete tiktok and replace it with something hobby related like reading or drawing smth simple like that, scrolling takes up too much time in our lives now and its making us push aside doing things we love just to mindlessly scroll for hours on end. it sucks.
I already have a lot of hobbies actually its just I need my brain to be quiet or my intrusive thoughts come back
