ok now we move onto personal health and keeping a constand good health. these are lessons 3/5 or 6

mkay, so these couple of lessons are relatively much much easier than the few before so:

to maintain good body health, a big role is played by our diets, which should consist of: fruits and veggies, foods high in proteins and vitamins, and shouldn't rly consist of things like fast food and foods high in sugar.

we should also maintain good physical health by exercising, because "healthy body healthy mind or sum shit) ngl, i had to read of the slides for this bc i dont remember shit.

by having good health, you can grow as you should, lower the rist of illneses like diabetes and such, have good mobility.

muscles need energy- the more you move, the more energy you need, the more your heart beats, the more O² you need.

it also helps blood circulation, movement, mental health etc...

if good health is not maintained it can lead to overweightness. in which normal movement becomes more difficult, so circulation needs to happen faster, which spikes blood presure. also blood vessels can also be narowed by the incleasing amount of fat clloging them up.

next lesson, more of the same "health" bs, but focusing on the negatives more, bc thatl help me from obesity right? hah...

the main factors that determine your personality are, ur genes and the near world around you.

now the stuff that harms ur health:(mainly) active substances

active substances are substnaces that affect parts of ur physiology, which can affect the normality of them,(translating this was like translating a Bible). great example is...NICOTINEEE

how nic affects parts of you: heart- it can make ur bp rise, narow ur blood vessles, and make it harder for ur blood to regain O² like usual. brain- its addictive, can ruin sleep, can give u bad temper and anxiety. lungs- bruh u dont need me to tell u, it can ruin airways, narowing them, in turn making it harder to breath, it can cause COPD, mouth/teeth- yellowing of teeth, bad breath, ruins gums, risk of oral cancer...digestiv system- nausea, loss of appetite, bad gut health... reproduction- can lower the chances of reproduction, infants have a higher chance of health risks, causes erectile disfunction( yeah thats right, u cant jerk it as u should, ws rly surprised by this tbh) and i dont care for more

obesity- its a health problems thats tied to problems with excess fat, and a abovee normal BMI

BMI-body mass index. calculated by weight÷ur height in m²

Smoking and its health risks:

half of smokers die every yr (4.2 milion). more ppl die of smoking than AIDS, drugs and another idk combined.

in ur standard cigarette u can find things such as: nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide and particles

you allready know abt nic, so tar it is then.

tar gives u a higher risk of lung cancer, which is very difficult to treat.

carbon monoxide has litearly killed ppl js by not being aware they r breathing it in, its in the smoke, but in a low concentration. accumate in ur airway, making jt harder to breath normaly, also it clings to hemoglobine in blood so again its harder to breathe

last, and least, something that has nothing to do with the past topics, Binomial Nomenclature

taksonomy/ systematics- study classification of live organisms

the man, the myth, the philosopher, Aristotle shoved his dick in first and came up with, minerals, humans, plants and animals

divinding them based on 1. habitats: air, water, earth. 2. ways of life: hatching from eggs or being born as babies and 3. how they move around: walking, flying swimming....

after my guy Aristotle, we got Karl Cocksucker Lieu, who came up with the idea of mind bogging binomial nomenclature. hoe it works is that theres 2 parts to each name of every living thing. a.k.a 1.the genus(capitalised first letter) and 2. the type (not capitalised) thats how we got Homosapiens. the slides wont load so this is actually completely from my memory.

there might be more details but i dont remember.

almost last ill tell u the way stuff is divided: 1.kingdom 2.family 3.class 4.order 5. phylum  i think 6.genus and 7.species

then organisms are divided into: plants, fungi, archeobakteria, eurobakteria, protozoa, animalia

also these are found by usualy using dicotomic keys. i cant bother explaining those bc 12.40 atm and i have a litearl exam ive studies 3 hrs max for... i might js kms, even better i have to fast aswell. which is js great.

on a serious note i love god
